New Delhi, Digital Desk || TRAI Rules: Many Indians use two SIM cards-one for regular use and another as a backup. However, with the rise in recharge plan costs last July, maintaining a secondary SIM has become difficult for many users. To address this, TRAI has introduced guidelines to help users keep their SIMs active. According to the TRAI consumer handbook, a SIM card is considered inactive if it hasn’t been used for more than 90 days.
